Starting her career as Head of BRI's Retail and Middle Business Division Head Office from 2007 to 2010, the woman who was born on January 10, 1964, continued to expand in the financial world.
In 2010, she returned to her native land by continuing her career as a Head of the BRI Semarang branch, until in 2013, she delivered as a BRI Vice President of Marketing Communication. In 2009, he was trusted as General Manager of the Business Support Division, before finally serving as President Director of HK Realtindo Inc. in 2012 until 2014. In 2014, Putut was trusted as Director of Human Capital and Development at Hutama Karya Inc. until this day.

Starting in 2010, Suroto was appointed as General Manager of Region II West Java, followed by General Manager of Region I Pekanbaru in 2011 and Medan in 2012. In 2013, he was trusted as General Manager of the Road & Bridge Division until 2015. Furthermore, Suroto was appointed as Director of a subsidiary of HK Infrastruktur Inc. before being entrusted to be the Director of Operations at Hutama Karya Inc. on June 20, 2016, until this day.
Mohammad Indrayana dedicated his life in the world of civil and construction, a man born on February 20, 1969, graduated as a Bachelor of Civil Engineering at Diponegoro University. In the last ten years, he has worked and developed with PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk.
In 2010 Indrayana was entrusted as the head of the unit for the Procurement and Construction Engineering division in Waskita Karya, the following year he was trusted to be the Unit Head in the Waskita Karya Infrastructure Division, in the same year Indrayana also served as Coordinator of the 500 kilovolt Sumatra Transmission Project and commissioner of PT Waskita Creation. Then in 2017, he served as Head of Division 2 for civil and EPC. His increasingly bright career at Waskita led him to hold two positions as well as Senior Vice President of Human Capital Management and Senior Vice President of the System Technology and Research Division. Now this position has led the Master of Engineering Science from the University of New South Wales to become the Director of Operations at Hutama Karya Incorporated.

Starting his career as a Technical Staff on Operational Bureau at Brantas Abipraya Malang in 1990, the graduate of Civil Engineering S1 at Merdeka University Malang and Masters in Management at the Jakarta State University was satisfied with his experience in heading various projects in Sulawesi until 1997. Sugeng was then trusted as Head of the Surabaya Region from 2003 to 2009. In 2009, Sugeng headed the Production Division II in Jakarta until 2012. In 2012, Sugeng served as General Production Manager at the Production Department until 2014, before finally being appointed as Operations Director of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) from July 28, 2014, until this day.
